Best option for hiding insulation in basement on top of the foundation wall? : HomeImprovement

Trying to make the basement look nicer (not completely finishing, but you have to walk through it to get to the garage, so want it to be nicer) and want to hide the insulation that sits on top of the foundation wall. At the same time, I’m concerned about covering it and sealing it off and creating an area where moisture/mold can develop.

Are these concerns unwarranted and I should just board it up?

Should I replace the batting with expanding spray?

Other options to make it look better while still allowing airflow (if necessary?)?
