Brick foundation repairs in home built in 1906. : HomeImprovement

I bought this house in Iowa about a year ago and have started doing some basic home improvements. I’m ready to start tackling a few bigger projects including this unsightly crumbling knee wall in my basement. I’m thinking it’s beyond simply tuckpointing and that I need a masonry contractor for some repairs. I’m look for some advice on how much this will cost to fix or if anyone has dealt with something similar and if it’ll need to be completely replaced. On the exterior of this wall is my long gravel driveway which I’d really like to pave at some point but worried a bit about the structural integrity at the moment. 10-12ft basement knee wall.
