Caulking tub, mold growing and bad seal? : HomeImprovement

About half a year ago I sealed my tub and I think I did a decent job for my first time but now I’m having mold growing behind the caulk, and it looks pretty gross in general which I thought wasn’t supposed to happen with clear silicone caulk… Here is a photo of it. How would I go about fixing this? Should I just pull the caulk out and clean thoroughly with vinegar to get rid of the mold, then redo the caulking? it was my first time so it wasn’t the best job and I think I could definitely do a better job this time. Thank you!
