Condensation/Sweating on AC Drain Line Causing Water Dripping/Damage Inside Wall : HomeImprovement

My AC drain line runs from inside a bedroom wall and into an outside laundry/utility room, where it is exposed. The exposed section of the PVC pipe that comes out from the bedroom wall forms condensation (I live in Texas and it gets hot and humid) and it is dripping onto wood framing, causing mold and damage.

Anyone dealt with this before? Is insulating the exposed PVC the solution? Any guidance/help would be much appreciated!
