Fixing dent/hole in engineered wood : HomeImprovement

I have these dents/holes in my engineered wood floor.

They are around 2.5cm, 1cm, 0.5cm respectively.

As can be seen, the first two already has some soft wax in it (done by someone else), but has been partially worn out.

How should I fix these damages (I get that they can’t be fixed perfectly, and I’ve read this recent thread) ? Since two of them has been previously fixed with soft wax, should I reapply more soft wax to level the surface? Would hard wax be better since it’s more durable? And what about the hole – leave it or fill it?
