I’d worry about security before trying to make it look pretty. New deadbolt and strike plate, for a start.
If the hinges were pulled out of the door frame or the door, at a bare minimum I’d drill the screw holes out a little larger and then completely fill in the holes with something appropriate (I think that an epoxy wood filler would work, but I’d talk with someone who knows what’s up at a hardware store about it when choosing a product. Some of that stuff is strong and some of it is cosmetic.) Then I’d get new screws and reinstall the hinges, and possibly get new hinges.
If the hinges are loose, tighten them up, and if they don’t tighten, then I’d fill and re-drill the holes.
Check the door frame. Does any of the wood look cracked?
