How do I cut crown moulding (inside 45 degree corners) with a non-compound miter saw? : HomeImprovement

Put the part that goes against the wall against the fence and cut it at 22.5 degrees.

Good luck on the small one, pay attention to which way the saw will want to drag the material and watch your fingers. If possible try to get the small one off the end of a longer piece that gives you something to hang on to.

Edit: What do you mean by “non-compound miter saw?”
