At the very least, you need a specialist to come out. If it were me, I’d walk away. I know buying a house is crazy right now but these issues show that the foundation has been showing decline and improperly supported for a long time and that’s a lot of money to rehab. And if that’s the case, what other issues are lurking that the inspection didn’t find regarding plumbing, electricity, and the rest of the interior in the house that weren’t properly fixed/mitigated when needed?
You want to buy a house that will give you peace of mind, not one that will create anxiety the whole time you’re in it if what you’ll find wedding next and how much it will cost you.
