Proper way to install base cabinet : HomeImprovement

I have a 9 inch base cabinet I am installing in the gap between our stove and fridge. For context, when we moved in there was bad subfloor wood rot that made the original base cabinet come off the wall because the base of it was also rotten.

My problem is there is a stud only on one side of where the base cabinet will go. The red rectangle is where the stud is located and the black line is the width of the cabinet. There will be the original piece of granite from the old cabinet going on top since they were the same size.

What is the safest way to install the cabinet? Cabinet screw to the stud on the right side and drywall anchor over at the left? Or will the one side with the stud be enough support with the floor acting as support as well? Appreciate the help!
