Long story short, a flushed rag accelerated our main floor 1981 powder room reno. We are trying to find a toilet with an 11” rough in.
In the meantime, there is a recessed toilet paper roll holder in the wall. This is an exterior wall. I removed the holder but see behind the wall there is insulation and vapour barrier. It also looks like when they cut open the dry wall to install it, they cut the vapour barrier too.
I know I need to patch the dry wall and paint over it. Do I also need to repair the hole in the vapour barrier too??
Thanks in advance!
