Vanity came with a middle opening section for pipe

So here is the situation. The first pic has arrows to hopefully illustrate what I’m saying.

When I push the vanity back (yellow arrows), the slot where my vanity includes space for the copper pipes to run upwards toward the faucet, is more narrow than the spacing of the pipes coming up.

Would it be possible to cut the pipe low, and then use bendable pipe to wiggle up into the narrow gap? Or would I need to re drill a whole closer, and run it back up? I dono..but I’m not going to buy a new vanity so I need a creative solution to this haha. Thanks!!
